First off, congrats to my clients on their new home and contract signing! We saw multiple options, old in and new, in the surrounding area but ultimately settled on a new home! When I first got into the industry, one of my dear friends gave me a fancy pen for all the contracts my clients would need to sign. Little did he or I know, most of the time we have electronic signatures for contract signings. Once in awhile though, for different types of properties, we still have in person wet signatures.
