Happy Monday beautiful souls! If you’ve been following my stories, I’ve been having vision issues for 2 weeks. The official culprit is uveitis and while my eye looks way better (this photo is from today) my eye doctor confirmed this morning, my eye is still NOT OKAY. Sometimes what looks good on the outside is not so pretty on the inside. You have to zoom in and take a closer look to see the full picture or you will likely miss something. Keep that in mind as you go through the week. We (yes, even me) are so quick to judge what we see while having no clue what someone is dealing with on the inside. 👀the girl who posts a selfie everyday might not be vain, she might be trying to convince herself that she is worth being seen. 👀the person who posts their workout videos and progress might not be doing so to brag, but to hold themselves accountable and encourage someone else 👀the couple who posts about successful marriages might be doing so because they have been through hell and back 𝐆𝗼 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝗼𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞. Top of the morning to ya! As we continue on and close out the first week of April it is important to remain focused on your daily tasks to reach your BIG goals! For me, focus starts in the morning when I add a spoon of @maryruthorganics Almond Butter and Jelly Smoothie to my tea. I typically like a lot of sugar and honey with my tea but I was able to cut some of the sugar by substituting with the Almond Butter and Jelly Smoothie. This gives me added energy and cognitive function to focus at my day job and then come home to focus on my website and writing.
