Okay, I finally have this up.  I still have to sift through some of my newer posts, but all of my imagines and oneshots and things should be on there.

You try ignoring him at lunch but all your peas keep rearranging themselves into the words ‘f-o-r-g-i-v-e- h-i-m’ and you have to chase them around your plate

Later your pudding starts to form the word ‘p-l-e-a-s-e-?’ 

The corner of his mouth twitches as he tries to chat innocently with James across the table

You try to concentrate in lessons but your quill starts drawing little hearts with Sirius’s name at the top and yours at the bottom

Doors start flinging themselves open for you

When you head up to your spot in the library you find a cushion and a cup of hot coco waiting for you

The answers to this week’s arithmency homework appear tucked into your textbook, a single kiss scrawled at the bottom of the page 

Before you go to sleep you watch a gemstone on your bed side table transfigure from a wisp of smoke to a single stem of your favourite flower 

The next day, a note finds its way into your hand during history of magic: ‘Meet me in the courtyard?’ 

Sirius’s chair is already empty, and you consider his proposal for all of 5 seconds before slipping out of class yourself 

When you find him he’s making the snow rise up from the ground around him with a lazy flick of his wand. He’s irritatingly extraordinary

And his dark hair is contrasting gorgeously with his eyes today

His warm hands slide either side of your face, and the snow is swirling around the two of you now. 

“Please forgive me, love.” His puppy dog eyes are irresistible

“I don’t actually remember what we were arguing about” your murmur, shrugging. “I just wanted to see what you did next.”

He frowns, then narrows his eyes, then smiles slowly

You meet the gleam in his eye with one of your own

“You. are. done for.” He growls, chasing you across the grounds before bowling you over in the deeper snow 

as your giggles wear off he hovers above you, smiling, and you reach to pull his lips to yours

Tears on the Balcony - 522k, first in a series, romance/humor, rated M

“Lily & James have hated each other ever since their initial meeting took a wrong turn. After a shocking goodbye at the end of their 6th year, are things going to be any different in the following year when they are forced to work together as Head Boy and Head Girl?” note: occasionally there is angst for the sake of angst, but the story is good enough and well-written enough that it compensates for it, in my opinion. Part 2 is also 500k+. It’s also one of the first J/L fics I ever read; note the publish/update dates :))

All Right, Evans - 177k, first in a series, romance/humor, rated M

They might not know each other well, but they’re about to know each other a lot better.” note: I read this very recently and I liked it so much I immediately reread it.

A Few Detentions and a Story - 161k, complete, romance/humor, rated T

“James Potter and Lily Evans are both seventh years at Hogwarts. They’re about to have an interesting year, complete with detentions, pranks, confusion, and laughter, in which they get through school, make some trouble and maybe sort out their feelings.” note: one of the first J/L fics I ever read. It’s so old! Completed in 2007!

Sunshine In My Eyes - 92k, romance/angst, AU, complete, rated M

“Mr. and Mrs. Evans are killed when Lily’s only a girl, and she’s supposed to go to a home with her sister. Instead, a relative they didn’t know they had comes to collect them, and introduces Lily to manners, magic, and a life that’s just the slightest bit different from the life she was supposed to live. Or, an AU in which Minerva McGonagall raises Lily.” note: I haven’t read this yet but I very much trust this author (despite it being an AU, which usually isn’t my jam when it comes to J/L fics)
