what wld some other characters’ rooms look like?

Bucky and Walter would absolutely share one, so probably a bunk bed (For the sake of Bucky's continued survival, Walter would be bottom bunk). They both are very into sailing/general aquatic things so I assume their room would look be very overdecorated and covered in memorabilia of the sort.

How would Bucky handle relationships in the romantic sense? Both lore wise and just general Bucky behavior

Hard to say, really

For starters, at least, he definitely has his walls up, so he will have to take a very long time to adjust and, properly open up to them, so, initially Bucky will be a bit of a chore to get through. But once he knows you are someone trustworthy, you get the opposite, and he will get very clingy. Not in a negative way but just, he's very used to the people he cares about leaving him, so he will do everything he can to not cause that again. He is very hard on himself so expect a lot of "I don't deserve you"s and the like. He is affectionate, though, so there's that at least!
