After I paid iPad mini case, I have got 100 positive feedback for my eBay account. Cannot imagine some of my friends really not trusting online transaction and never used eBay still nowadays. Isn't it very convenient? Sometimes we do have some fraud, but mainly from people who pretended to be from paypal and their technique of pretending sucks. They just change their email address name to try to fool people. 

昨晚就只做了40个俯卧撑。今天白天去去取驾照翻译件回办公室的时候左腿膝盖周围的肌腱痛，走路一瘸一拐的，不知道为什么。

这个是今晨的体重。昨晚做了400个仰卧起坐，40个艰难的俯卧撑。左腿还是有些不对劲，脚踝还有些痛，希望能早些好起来。 晚上看了一部【恐怖油轮】的电影，时空观念颠倒，让人有些郁闷。

晚上看了一个韩国电影，名字叫做【只有你】，挺感人的（苏志燮韩孝珠主演)。看的过程中做了36个俯卧撑。后来结束后做了360个仰卧起坐。

2013年6月9日，9:05-10:05AM，慢跑20x550m=11000M，好像从没有一口气跑过这么长的距离。好些天没运动，感觉有些跑不动了。跑完11公里，然后倒走1100米，附带Cathy说的反向挥动双臂转圈，也许是第一次做，所以感觉超累，做三组10圈就不行了，而且协调不是很好。做完这些后去压腿了，感觉还是很僵硬。回到家洗完澡后的体重是64.6KG。其实前两天的俯卧撑和仰卧起坐都没做，有些懒，这两天放假希望补上。
