Coming off the back a bad illness and having being seriously ill in the past I'll just leave this here. Don't take your health for granted. Each day you are fighting fit and healthy make the most of it because its only when you don't have it you realise how above everything else its the number one thing that matters. Enjoy "unhealthy" food and drink alcohol if you wish but remember you only got one body so treat it with respect. I always remember growing up I used my dad used to say as long as you have your health you can start again. After 2.5 months of strength and conditioning training my body is starting to adjust and I've definetly got the training bug back. I can't explain how tired I was with traditional weight lifting. Having done weights since 17 years old (now being 33). I was soo bored. My fitness didn't improve and other than looking better which was 90% diet anyway I wasn't really fit. I can't wait to push myself over the next 12 months to see how fit I can actually get. Shout out to @performance58gym as well.
