the fact that Charlotte acted like such a bitch in the flashback gives me hope that her story and her being Charles is a complete lie 

Actually kinda convinced that Ezra is AD after 7x18. He probably got Aria to be in the AD team as a way of testing who she loved more: her friends or him.  

okay so this is a really big stretch and probably me just grasping at straws but what there’s more to it with Lucas calling Charlotte a he and then correcting himself by calling her a she. I know that it’s probably simply because Lucas knew Charlotte as  Charles for a large period of time which is why he unintentionally misgendered her. But what if Charlotte wasn’t actually ever Charles and Charles is in fact a man? Lucas knows this and knows his true identity which is why he quickly corrected himself when he said he instead of she??
