i wanted to show a friend of mine some stuff i made but i found out. uh. private posts are kinda evil. so i guess i have to reveal these to the public /silly.

i decided to make my own spin on madcom + mlp cuz ive seen it a lot but i dont really see people make them like the show, which is fine!! but i got to thinking... what if. what if they were cutesy colorful little ponies. what if. ok.

I mean no harm by this post but I genuinely think this is something i should bring up cuz ive met people with similar experiences ☹️

i use to be SUPER active in the dialtown community, almost daily posts about my oc stoperson and such, i briefly went inactive due to me getting sick super commonly, but when i was back and ready to do stuff again i was suddenly not getting any interaction, usual people stopped interacting, my posts got little attention etc, im aware this happene with social media but it was sad to see after my prior experience, this killed my motivation to post and make stuff with my ocs, i had also made a roleplay game for roblox around the same time and, im not naming names or server names but i noticed it getting its fair share of hate (its been a year or two and literally have no idea where this was anymore unfortunately, otherwise I'd be providing screenshots), people i interacted with before genuinely stopped interacting with me and i generally felt shunned, not to mention phonecord where I'd be blatantly ignored and posted over but thats just how discord be

My final straw was when someone i use to consider REALLY close suddenly completely stopped being friends with me (which was partly my choice but they unfriended me in the first place lmao😭), we bonded over transformers and dialtown and unfortunately dialtown is the one that took the hit and ive completely left the fanbase and havent touched the game in months, ive given stoperson away and plan on the same for bob (who were my ocs if anyone remembers) and i probably wont return to liking dialtown anytime soon unfortunately If i DO in the future i probably wont post about it or interact with the fanbase anymore because of how ive been generally treated by it.

I would like to end this post with clarifying this is NOT the entire fanbase or directdoggo's fault in any way shape or form, this is how modern fandoms are now whcih is unfortunate but true and I genuinely had fun being part of the community when i was, if you followed me for dialtown i appreciate your support and if you no longer wanna follow me or be moots thats totally okay
