Despite her complaints, Seija's visiting the Hakurei Shrine for non-malevolent reasons for once, to participate in the yearly fortune reading. Though she'd never admit it, she's well aware that this ritual helps keep belief in her alive as well, and she wants that more than anything. So let's see what she got...

"Good evening. The Mistress has given me permission to roam this Halloween. So, I decided to find my favorite playmate. Isn't that nice? We can be wolves roughing around together for a night."

Kagerou is lucky, at least, that this Halloween didn't fall on a full moon. Though she's not in costume at the moment, she's on her way to retrieve it when she suddenly finds her sense of balance shaken and the feeling of burning metal at her throat. There's only one person who'd lay hands on her out of nowhere like this.

"...a-ah." Not that knowing that helped much. Her fear of Sakuya had subsided somewhat since their first reunion, but it was still very much present, and she found herself struggling to form words. "W-wolves... wolves?" It was only now that she'd notice Sakuya's new accessories, a nicely matching set of light silver ears and tail that almost reminded her of the tengu. It looked nice... and seeing it seemed to help embolden Kagerou a little. If Sakuya wanted to play wolf for the night...

"A wolf doesn't need a knife to threaten someone, you know?" Kagerou would ask, lifting her hands to place them on Sakuya's shoulders. A single clawed thumb would reach up to poke at Sakuya's own throat. "Don't tell me you did all this and forgot to add claws to your costume. You'll get eaten up like that."
