I'm in love with my new wool coat, made from repurposed fabric from a previous frogged project. Used a very heavy interfacing to make sure the collar kept its shape, and two beautiful vintage buttons from my stash. I changed the bottom of the pattern to a skirt type thingie, because I like my coats to be full. Finished this jacket a couple of weeks ago, but didn't photograph it until now. The pics don't do it justice though, and that gets me pretty frustrated... Anyhow: it's a boxy jacket in a velvety black, white and lilac chess, with black velvet collar and lapels, and a huge inverted box pleat in the back. The sleeves are slightly flaired. The evil daisy jumper of doom is finally finished! The amount of yarn ends I had to weave in was the stuff of nightmares. I’m usually fine with tedious tasks but this was way too boring for me. On a happier note, I’ll probably knit this again in a different color and without the daisies - just because I love the shape so much!

Sheer polkadot blouse I made a couple of days ago. Just a quick project :)

Finished this pencil skirt last night. I wanted to make it a little less basic, so I added a large bow to the center front. The high waistband is boned so it won't wrinkle. Made the blouse last week. :)
