Every new moon comes with the promise of a new beginning. Energy is ready to reset and new goals can begin. I've had a lot of those resets as this year has been dedicated to healing, understanding and accepting who I am right now. Too often I fought to return to that life I had, to that person that I was. Then I realized that that wasn't me. Though I was high with the amount of people surrounding me my inner light suffered. It's hard to pretend that I'm not hurt by what happened and in reality I don't know if I'll get over it but I have taken the time and energy to deal with my pain and sorrow. Most people don't really look at their pain. They just allow it to live there under the surface and to be honest that's what I did. I've got a long journey but I've also got an amazing amount of support. Thank you to those who stepped up and didn't walk away when things got tough. Life isn't easy but I think we all know that.
