in my head Hyo is an older brother with 4-5 younger siblings and came from a struggling family, as soon as he could he would enlist himself to the adventurers guild and start accepting any kind of job even if it got his life in the line more than once. I would imagine he took Adeline's offer so he could make a comfortable place where to bring his siblings to live in better conditions ! He would be really fast and efficient getting the materials and finishing requests, but would lack the social skill so his relationship growth with the town people would be reallyyy slow Jules on the other hand would be the youngest son out of 3, he's from a noble family and grew up very spoiled. He's really into music, singing and dancing which his family doesnt approved as much. I feel like he would get on constant heavy discussions with his family about them wanting him to start following the family business like his older brothers did, which would end with him storming and leaving the house I feel he would just catch Adeline's offer by coincidence since he actually never consider joining the adventures guild, but a free house sounded promising to do whatever he wants without the pressure of meeting his parents expectations. He would suuuck doing the exchange labour or finishing any request that doesnt involve just foraging, but his charisma would help him on getting along with the town people much faster
