We know Illumina would rather bring someone down with words rather than blades. However being hundreds of years old you’d still learn how to use your gear and stuff.

So I’ve been thinking about how the original illumina gear/sword gives you the ability to fly and your strategies change based off of that.

So his (ph)fighting techniques would be half made up of moves that let you fly and stuff which yk is cool and all until you remember that she’s missing a wing

So along with the mental anguish that comes with losing a limb and the ability to fly half of their tricks are gone </3
