A tool that I’ve found is really handy is a called the Cash Clock. It’s a simple program that measures both the time that you’re working on a piece as well as how much money you should be earning. You can adjust the hourly wage to whatever you feel is right. Simply start the clock whenever you begin working on a project right up until you’re finished. It can give you a clear indication of what you should charge for commissions.

One Day a Woman had 100 children.
She sadly did not have the creativity to name all of them unique names so she named each one a number from 1-100. One of them was named “one”, the next was “two” and so on all the way to one hundred. They would say “Lets go take This outside.” and things like that behind their mom’s back. One day, while Ninety’s children were not paying attention, This walks out into the middle of the street and gets hit by a car. This eventually dies and Ninety’s kids don’t tell their mother even then. No one else ever hears about This ever again.

people need to realize that not all transphobic remarks are intentional. if they don’t understand that what they’re saying is harmful, EDUCATE THEM, AND DO IT KINDLY. if you are looking at the notes on this post, you’ll find tumblr users who are actually DEFENDING the practices of lashing out and verbally abusing cis people for things like this, even if they don’t understand that it’s hurtful. how are cis people supposed to understand what is acceptable and what is not if we don’t teach them? they’re CIS, they’re NOT trans!! they don’t automatically get the knowledge; they have to learn. yet a lot of people on tumblr think that yelling, screaming, telling cis people that they are automatically transphobic and should die because “they should already know by now”, is a GOOD thing to do and that cis people should be blamed for not knowing what is and isn’t acceptable to say. it’s so fucking horrible and sad to know that people on tumblr are legitimately convinced that cis people are evil and deserve to be mistreated and yelled at for saying something that they don’t know is a slur. i don’t want to be painted as a hateful trans person!! i’m here to help cis people understand everything about trans people, not punish them for not knowing things!! what is so wrong with you that you think that saying cis people have no excuse to “be ignorant”? my younger sister didn’t even know what a transgender person was until i came out. it makes me sick to think that if she had a tumblr and she misgendered someone or used a slur that she heard from rocky horror, thinking that was okay to use in this decade, and you all would have fucking torn her apart and branded her as a transphobic person, when she wouldn’t even have known that was a slur today. i don’t know what the fuck is wrong with you people, but if you think that abusing cis people for not having intimate knowledge of a minority of people that they don’t even belong to, then you really need to fucking rethink how you treat people. sometimes being trans on tumblr just makes me sick in general. i feel more of a fucking villain being transgender on tumblr than i would if i were a cis person.

As a rape survivor I think it's really critically important for the question of "was I raped or not" to always be answered by the person it's relevant to. I mean, if someone is obviously repressing negative feelings because they're still in an abusive relationship, that's one thing. But I feel it's a very dangerous game to go in to someone else's life and tell them that they were if they genuinely feel like they weren't. You're opening up that person to a lot of unnecessary hell.

I did not kill this animal, but thanks for jumping to conclusions and forming accusations before asking basic questions, and for sharing your almighty opinions on the subject of my username without pausing to even check out my blog profile. Brilliant work. The reality is, this is an Alaskan wolf legally hunted in an area where populations are strong and stable. In areas such as this, regulated culling actually benefits wolf numbers in the long-term, resulting in higher concentrations of both wolves and the prey species they rely on. I did not hunt it myself, and I didn’t even buy it from the person who did. But I do support well-regulated and proven population control methods for species such as this. It’s a different situation entirely with wolves in the lower 48, where populations are so fractured and where anti-wolf sentiments have grown so politically-charged, that hunting wolves is not a necessity, but a sport. I never source pelts from states such as Idaho or Montana for these exact reasons. It’s easy to get emotionally fired-up when you see a dead animal of any kind, but wolves are especially beautiful and fascinating to many people - myself included. However, your accusations and high-horse mentality are entirely unimpressive. Up your game or step out of the court.
People should be jumping on you for appropriating native cultures by making an animal head dress.
My own Germanic ancestors wore pelt headdresses, too. So did Romans, and Druids, and many other ancient Europeans. I use no Native symbolism or affiliations of any manner in any of my works because I am not Native and have no need to apply such things. My ancestors had their own rites and rituals, and using pelts for practical and ceremonial purposes was a part of their way of life. I have my own culture, and no need to appropriate someone else’s.
