If it is properly pressurised, yes. However most cyberyronians are incapable of maintaining the internal pressure necessary.

Why is it random? Why not give her some sort of purpose? A creation without reason does not have a purpose for it's existence, and it just becomes another piece of meaningless scrap. But when given a reason, it becomes something beautiful.
