that voice in your head telling you "just a little bit of x", "i'll make up for it tomorrow", "i'll omad it" is you lying to yourself. if your current self doesn't have the discipline and self control to not eat x or work out right now, your future self won't either. be the person you want to be and stop making excuses, know your limits and don't push yourself to do something you know isn't realistic. don't sabotage yourself.
