Her dad runs a large gang- (she knows this, just not really realizing that being a hero would mean they are literally enemies) So that's how she got her gunning skills. Needless to say she's obsessed with guns. Talk about that one friend with a weird hobby...

Can turn 50% fish, but can't control which parts become fish, so it's a random game of mix and match! Once transformed she can control water and talk to wildlife. More bio up there. will probably make a colored version (aka this)
New stuff: I tried my best to make her the perfect image of the stereotype, "beach girl" and that is basically her personality! She hates work, and plenty of sass to that cute smile. >U<
