🧡 My last pixel art has been receiving kindness lately, even though it was made 2 years ago. I’ve finally painted another to show my gratitude. It’s in an artists nature to feel elated when attention is focused on their work. Maybe feeding off this supportive energy made creating this piece super fun.

Black Hole

I felt like I was sailing the gentlest seas whilst painting the walls, then the dress. Oh dear, that dress. I’d met the 10 stages of grief after falling off my boat.

Seeking the void within.

The random squiggles here and there were fun to add. This began as an experiment and ended in satisfaction. Do any of you think about where your art will lead too and what it will look like in a couple of years? 2018 was when I first started painting and the visual shifts in my art are becoming apparent to me. I believe as I discover more my taste and skill will evolve to meet each other halfway or maybe 100%.
