Why I think Abuto can't pilot a Shinkalion.

(NOTE: I went into Shinkalion Z knowing that abuto was half-teoti and about the Dark Shinkalion)

So in episode 2, Smat says that Abuto can't pilot a Shinkalion (Specifically E5) Because his compatibility rate doesn't increase, meaning he can't bring out much of the Shinkalion's power, and nobody knows why.
