What are your thoughts on the ship between pregrina and ameline? (that I made up.)

There's really not a lot we know about Ameline.

When Ameline arrived at Kal Asterock, she didn't participate in the tryouts.

Perhaps because, like Milo, she felt she wasn't good enough, or was too shy. I think Ameline's original reason for coming to this school was to study something, probably the Leech, as it's called.

Milo notes that there are many countries in this fantasy world and that Ameline could be from one of them.

That would explain why she speaks the way she does. She's not fluent in English, or whatever their language is called.

Theory 1

Perhaps something like that happened before. That's why Ameline ran away and hid instead of explaining herself. Ameline was accused of stealing someone's Tama, and with no one to prove her innocence, like Sugoi, she ran away from home. The Leech spreads; perhaps it even followed Ameline to school.

This theory has some flaws. If she were a wanted criminal, don't you think the school would never have accepted her? But apparently, this school is so incompetent that they don't even know her surname, which she should have provided when she enrolled.

Besides, if she's hiding from persecution for using her Tama, then there's no point in her starting to use it in public games, where anyone can see or hear about it and guess it's her!

Theory 2

She somehow managed to gather all the information about the Leech to help recover Falco's Tama to clear her name herself.

Theory 3

It was only by reading the books that she noticed all the strange symbols and history, and her innate curiosity allowed her to uncover the secrets of this school. Ssyelle learned about the Knights simply by browsing the library. It's not a well-hidden secret.

I also have no idea what her Dragon Ball Scouter is for.

We'll find out in Season 2/Season 1 Part 2. I don't think they'll forget about it.

Dragon Striker does a great job of not wasting time and encouraging characters to talk when they should, and not keeping silent for the sake of drama.

The only reason they didn't start asking Ameline questions right away was that they had to go to the game.

After they bring Casper to the nurse's office (BTW. Imagine Falco lying in bed when they bring Casper in! Falco: WTF?!) and things start to calm down, they'll have time to talk.
