While I drop this sketch of him, here are some more random Icarus facts because apparently I am not done talking about this man:
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Icarus is famously known around Amphoreus as a ladies' man and a charmer. The funny part? He is completely unaware of it. He'll have women openly swooning over him and genuinely wonder why everyone's being so nice to him. 😭
ᯓᡣ𐭩 There is literally a tier list of the most notable gentlemen in Okhema, and Icarus managed to hold the #1 spot for at least four consecutive years before someone finally dethroned him. He didn't even know there was a ranking.
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Rumours travel FAST in Okhema, so the women there basically know Icarus' habits like they're reading the daily newspaper. His favourite food? Bread. Specifically herby and savoury breads. His palate is definitely inherited from Reina, while his appetite was unfortunately inherited from Phainon. 💔
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Because everyone knows how much he loves bread, women have absolutely tried using it to woo him or get on his good side. Someone shows up with a freshly baked loaf and Icarus is just like, “Oh, thank you. That's very kind.” Meanwhile, the woman who gave it to him is internally screaming.
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Despite all of this, Icarus has never had a confirmed partner—past or present. He can apparently charm half of Okhema without even trying, but actually getting him into a relationship? That's a completely different story. Or boy is a strong believer of date to marry 🗣️🗣️
ᯓᡣ𐭩 Icarus genuinely loves women, but not in the superficial “look at all the pretty girls” way. He has a deep respect for women and sincerely appreciates feminine beauty, grace, strength, and individuality. He doesn't reduce them to their appearance, either—if anything, he's the type to admire a woman's character just as much as her beauty.
ᯓᡣ𐭩 His fashion sense is heavily influenced by Mydei, which is something Phainon absolutely does NOT approve of. 😭
Phainon: Why are you half naked? Do you have any idea how strong the winds can be at the Grove? Go back to your room and put something else on.
Icarus: Dad, for someone with questionable fashion choices himself, I think I'm doing pretty well.
