I want more of:

Fights like the amazing first fight scene holy shit Sam looked so cool. Like possibly it is one of the best in the MCU. I often feel like their hand to hand fight scenes aren’t great, and prefer the aireal combat that Iron man does. This scene rivals and is better than some of Iron mans aireal combat!!

Sam smiling, he has the best smile.

Sam’s family, that was all really cool. Most MCU characters don’t really have that much of an extended family, and seeing Sam in that context gives his character so much depth.

Buckys storyline in the episode was super interesting.

What there wasn’t much of:

Sam and Bucky interacting. But they did lay the ground work by having the therapist commenting on Sam’s texts.

What I am dreading:

Sharon. God please don’t let her be in most of it. I feel so weird about her character due to the whole Steve thing. I’m open to coming to like her character but rn I’m mainly scared they might try and pair her with Sam or Bucky, please no.
