Quick studies!

I have been doing small pet portrait commissions in Korean Won. I’ve been getting back to drawing by doing these animal portraits. Animals are always more fun! Not sure if I would open up this commission for USD yet.

Hello! I hope everyone is doing fine. It seems like Tumblr has flagged couple of my posts(there’s nothing in my “view flagged posts” page though) on my dashboard even though I don’t make any work that is nsfw. Anyway, it seems like I have not posted my convention photos so here! I attended some  independent zine conventions and sold two comics (Contact, Unstable Stable), two different sketchbook zines, and some stickers back in 2017~2018. I haven’t attended to conventions since due to my health again. It has been fluctuating from good to not-so-good, but currently I’m on the more ‘good’ side again! Stay hydrated and have a wonderful day.

Hello. Many things happened. Even though several months have passed, I'm still going through a long suffering adjustment period. My health condition hasn't been its best, but I'm slowly working on a 58 page comic. It will be made into a zine and will be sold in a small convention in Korea. Hope everyone is managing fine. Best of luck!

In-progress shot. This was a good reminder that I like using tiny nib pens for inking. Anyway, yet another drawing that I have no idea how it will turn out. Free-hand is fun!

Some recent sketchbook pages!

A bit of an oldie here. "A man with low melting point and a bird who eats remnants" became a starting sketch for the melting figure and a brown bird comic about enduring bad time, which you can find on my tumblr. Too bad I can't hyperlink here!

Twin Peaks season 1 episode 5-6 and 7-8 spreads. Previous episode drawings are here! That was a nice way to end a season. I can imagine how the viewers must had felt when they had to wait for the second season after that!

I started to watch Tween Peaks and decided to draw simultaneously as I watch. Each spread is 2 episodes! So these are ep.1-2 and ep.3-4 worth of drawings. There shall be more! My very first David Lynch film was Eraserhead and the second one was Inland Empire, so everything feels very fluffy and cute compared to those.
