Colds and illness are widespread during the coming months, especially with the temperature changes and the dampness in the air. Here are some magickal remedies for when you feel under the weather:
════════════════════════════
𝐂 𝐑 𝐘 𝐒 𝐓 𝐀 𝐋 𝐒
🍁Ruby, promotes health and wellbeing, and nurtures the heart.
🍁Clear quartz, is considered the "master healer". Stimulates the immune system and balances the whole body.
🍁Turquoise, holds benefits to our airways, our skeleton, and our immune system.
🍁Amethyst, enhances hormone production, cleanse blood, and relieve pain. It also aids to sleep and insomnia, and during times of sickness, sleep is even more essential.
↟ How do we benefit from these crystals? Well there are many ways. You can surround yourself with them, cleanse them, or carefully place in water for a few hours then take out and rinse yourself in the water. Check the crystal first, water isn't good for all.
𝐇 𝐄 𝐑 𝐁 𝐀 𝐋 𝐓 𝐄 𝐀 𝐒
🌿Chamomile, reduces headaches, softens the throat, and boosts our immune system.
🌿Eucalyptus, clears our airways and nose, and will also fights respiratory infections.
🌿Peppermint or Mint, cools the body in cases of fever, eases and prevents nausea.
🌿Ginger, prevents heartburn, clears nose, and eases our tummy.
𝐎 𝐓 𝐇 𝐄 𝐑
↟Gargling warm salt water is a very efficient way to soothe the throat, and it's a method many people use. But what many don't realize is the connection to magick. Well, whilst salt is mostly used for protection, it can also heal, especially sea salt. By adding some sea salt to a cup of warm water and gargling it, your throat should feel instant relief.
↟You can also fill a small pillow with lavender, or purchase one. Lavender is wonderful for sickness related stress, and has antiseptic properties. You can gently place it on your head to reduce a headache, or on any other irritated areas. You can also either place it in the freezer or warm it up in hot water to help balance your temperature.
↟A trouble-free spell you can cast involves a lone candle (preferably black) and if you'd like to take it as step further, banishing oil of some kind. Burn the candle (anointed with banishing oil or not), concentrate, clear your mind, and proceeded to say aloud (or whisper if your throat is painful) the next chant:
"As this candle burns, so the illness turns. Melted like this wax, cut like with an axe. Remove and banished, all disabilities vanished. As my word you see, radiant health blessed be"
↟And lastly, rest♡

“Soft Skin, Soft Soul” Bath Ritual
So, you’ve had a long, stressful day? You’ve just gotten home and all you want to do is wind down and relax? Why not pamper yourself? This silky, aromatic bubble bath will give you the recuperating, self care you desperately need just before you snuggle up in your bed for the evening!
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil - 1 cup of lavender epsom salts - 1 cup of milk (any type you’d prefer) - 4 bags of chamomile tea - 5 drops of lavender essential oils - 1 handful of dried rose petals (optional)
Steps:
1) Before you begin running your water, take a large bowl and set your tea bags in it. Pour boiling water in the bowl, about halfway full, and let your tea bags steep.
2) Begin to run your bath, setting the temperature as high as you can stand (while still maintaining your comfort), and begin adding your coconut oil, letting it dissolve into the water (holding it in your hands and letting the water run over it is best, as to avoid large clumps of oil)
3) Add your epsom salts, using the same technique you used for the coconut oil.
4) Pour in your milk, drop in your essential oils, and your dried rose petals (if you so choose).
5) Once your bath is nearly full, and your tea bags have had enough time to thoroughly steep, pour the tea into your bath water.
6) Lastly, turning off the water, take your dominate hand, and swirl the water with the ingredients as you focus on cleansing yourself of the day’s negative energies, letting the bath become infused with your intent of relaxation, self-care, and calmness.
And now you’re ready to climb in and relax for the next 30 - 45 minutes! Once you’re finished your skin will be softer, and so will your soul, and just in time for bed!

Succulent Care Tips
I have a friend asking me to do this, so with my care of my succulents of two months I shall share for her sake. 💖Most Succulents should be watered every two weeks to a month. I tend to do mine every two weeks only because I have sand mixed in with actual soil so it dries out fairly quickly. 🌸Note that each succulent is different. Researching the type of succulent it is and how much water, sun and room it needs is important. This goes for every plant you receive or buy. ✨when getting any plant from a store, always repot the plant into a bigger pot at least 2x the size of the original pot. Most succulents just need the root room. So make sure it’s deep enough for it. 💖with how succulents grow they can over crowd the top of their pot. When that happens you may want to put it in a new pot. 🌸when watering soak the soil. It may be best to have a pot the stains incase you accidentally over water the plant. ✨Many Succulents can handle the cold. It does drop temps tires in desert like places after all. 💖be careful when transplanting. Moving any plant into a new pot can put it into shock. Sometimes they will recover other times they won’t.

🍄 Things To Research As A Green Witch MASTERLIST
A green witch is typically a witch whose specializes and focuses on natural materials and energies. They are often skilled herbalists and probably enjoys gardening. Like a lot. You might be a baby green witch or an experienced one. Maybe even an eclectic one, no matter what, all is welcome!
I am most certainly not entitled to knowing everything about green witches but I want to help out some people when stuck on not knowing what to research.
As always, enjoy!

Correspondences for Succulents and Cacti
So I know there are a lot of witches, including myself, who grow succulents and cactus plants. Despite that there seems to be hardly any resources or correspondences/uses for them in witchcraft. So I figured I’d share my own with you guys, these aren’t strict guidelines they’re just personal correspondences so feel free to use them or base your own different correspondences off of them, or completely disregard them.
Cactus Correspondences/Uses:
Protection magic
Wards (cactus or just their needles are good for “offensive” type of wards as well that “poke back” at the person or spirit that try to cross it)
Needles can be used in curses as something to cause them pain (physical or metaphorical)
Endurance of a spell (like make the spell last longer, have a better chance against blocks) since cacti can grow while enduring harsh conditions.
Personal growth spells, spells to overcome obstacles, or spells to get over something that previously happened (again, growing through harsh conditions)
Succulent Correspondences/Uses:
Luck and money spells (honestly this doesn’t have a specific reason I just remember hearing that somewhere but it resonated with me and works for me personally)
Home related magic
Endurance of spells (same reasoning as cactus)
Personal growth, overcoming obstacles, getting over something (again, same as cactus)
Charging with specific energy (succulents tend to store a lot of water in their leaves, charge your water with a specific intent or energy before you water it and the succulent will hold onto that and give off some of that energy over time)
Of course these are just general, and specific types of cacti and succulents will have their own correspondences as well. For example Aloe Vera has healing and soothing properties and the gel can be used to help with minor cuts and burns. Hope this helped give people some ideas of what to do with the extra leaves and needles they collect from their plant friends.
