One thing that I haven’t seen people mention enough is just how much Snufkin’s appearance tends to change from book-to-book.

Like, sometimes he’s bald-

Sometimes, he has hair-

Sometimes, he has a nose like his fathers-

But then, sometimes, he doesn’t-

Sometimes he’s thin-

Other times he’s fat-

Snufkins appearance fluctuates more than any other character in the entire series! Most of this is due to to Tove Janssons ever-changing art-style, but still, wow!

I guess the main takeaway here is that there truly is no wrong way to draw Snufkin.

I had so much fun with Moomin Amino's Inktober but I didn't get very far!
