OJ Simpson was acquitted because the evidence against him was tainted by a racist cop caught on tape using the n-word to describe black people while pleading the 5th about never framing a black suspect. All this in a time when racial tensions were high because of the tragic beating of Rodney King.

A jury in all criminal cases must base their decision on evidence(or lack thereof) and must acquit or convict based on whether the Government(State or Federal) has proved beyond a reasonable doubt the specific facts necessary to find the Defendant guilty of the crime[s] charged in the indictment, or not guilty.

Jackson, being innocent, was acquitted because the government couldn’t make false accusation real.

OJ, though likely guilty, was acquitted because there was reasonable doubt. However, as a juror, it was their job to recognize that the government failed to prove their case beyond reasonable doubt, thus they had to acquit. It’s the law.

Stop comparing the two cases because both defendants were black. The cases were nothing alike. Not remotely close.

Though both verdicts were just for their own reasons, Jackson was clearly innocent, whereas OJ probably got lucky.

The investigation of whether it contained child pornography was concluded on January 24, 1997. No charges were filed, because no illegal material was found on any of Jackson’s properties.

In 2004, Jordan Chandler was approached by 2 agents to testify against Jackson in the 2005 trial, he informed the two agents that he would not testify against Jackson and would "legally fight any attempts to do so." The case was closed, citing "no outstanding leads or evidence…

Let’s start with One of Deb’s star witnesses. Michael Jackson’s maid who claimed she saw Michael molesting Wade and Macaulay Culkin. Both vehemently denied these claims. Culkin does so to this date, Robson didn’t start lying until about 2012-2013.

Adrian McManus was fired for stealing & selling Michael Jackson’s clothes & artworks. She brought a wrongful dismissal suit & lost, so ended up owing him $1million. This unfortunate incident coincided almost exactly with allegations made by a failed screenwriter, Evan Chandler, that Jackson had molested his son (which his son denied). Despite having already told the authorities she never saw any inappropriate activity, McManus was advised by a civil lawyer that if she implicated Jackson in child abuse in the current climate, it may help force a massive settlement. So she started saying she’d witnessed abuse.

You actually had the audacity to ask what does systemic racism have to do with child molestation claims in this case. Well, everything! It is also interesting to note that TV networks don't seem intent on airing the Harvey Weinstein documentary 'Untouchable,' which screened alongside 'Leaving Neverland' at a formerly-prestigious film festival but received little attention there, too. This is particularly of note as Weinstein is living, has a substantial number of allegations against him (90+) and has yet to be completely vindicated in court (though denies wrongdoing). On the other hand, ‪Michael Jackson‬ is dead (and as such can't be legally 'defamed'), had only two allegations against him in life and two after death, and was proven innocent (or legally, 'not guilty') during his lifetime. All posthumous allegations against him that went to court have been dismissed, too.

3.) In previous testimony, Robson⠀and⠀Safechuck's stories do not match (in fact, they never have)

Safechuck⠀described⠀Jackson as someone paranoid, who went out of his way to hide his claimed 'activities' with him and to practice 'looking normal' in case anyone would be to discover what they were doing. Oddly,⠀Robson described⠀Jackson as callous and in testimony, relayed a story of how⠀Jackson was almost caught with him by an employee but⠀Jackson 'did not care.' This also contradicts⠀Robson's other story to say that⠀Jackson "coached" him on the phone that both would 'have their careers ruined and go to jail if anyone found out.' All of these accounts are incompatible.

4.) This film mimics the contents of a (US-banned) fictitious book by a sickening child abuse fantasist

The film contains eerily similar claims that convicted criminal Victor Gutierrez is reported to have made in a book in 1993. Gutierrez is suspected to have associations with an infamous child abuse apologists group in the US and even thanks them in his book. His book is centered around Jordan⠀Chandler, whose parents sued Michael⠀Jackson in a civil suit for money in 1993 despite them being pressured by law enforcement to make the case a criminal suit which would result in⠀Jackson going to jail. Gutierrez's book was banned in the US. Among other disgusting and false claims (which Gutierrez made likely in own interests), he claimed that Chandler and Jackson had a 'loving' relationship. Gutierrez was sued by⠀Jackson. Gutierrez lost and was ordered to pay⠀Jackson $2.7m in damages. Gutierrez fled the country and filed for bankruptcy.

6.) It is problematic for this film to make claims without any evidence. What is worse is that despite this, it is being paraded as factual and 'powerful'

HBO, Channel 4 and other networks seem to say is that this documentary is 'powerful' as a standard line. Many journalists and verified social media influencers (some of whom have been proven to be 'in the pocket' of these networks) are quick to regurgitate this claim without evidence. Graphic stories are not unfalsifiable evidence. Fiction books aren't considered real because of their use of detailed described imagery and neither should this programme.

6.) Robson and Safechuck have a monetary interest in making up allegations

They tried suing⠀MJ's companies for billions of dollars. They are both represented by the same lawyer. Their lawyer, Vince Finaldi[1] worked for Michael⠀Egan who made false allegations against Bryan Singer[2] and other big names in the 2014 film An Open Secret  (associates of which currently derail Michael⠀Jackson on social media.)

7.) Dan Reed, the director, did NOT include any exculpatory evidence

He included no evidence or counter-arguments that shed light on the true credibility of⠀Robson and⠀Safechuck. His documentary is biased from beginning to end. Sickening stories do NOT make it a reliable piece of work. As stated above, fiction books aren't considered real because of their use of detailed described imagery and neither should this programme.

9.) Contrary to what was stated by Reed, Robson and Safechuck have indeed met before this year - which is problematic

Robson mentioned this in his 2016 deposition. It is likely that he and⠀Safechuck have now harmonized their stories to remove inconsistencies that previously did exist as mentioned above.

10.) Michael⠀Jackson was 100% acquitted (found NOT GUILTY) of all charges after a media-heavy 'witch hunt' trial.

In 1993 there was a fiasco in which Santa Barbara County prosecutors failed to convince Jordan Chandler's parents to pursue a criminal suit (so⠀Jackson would go to jail.) Instead his parents opted to sue⠀Jackson for tens of millions of dollars in a civil suit in which they reached a settlement and are barred from discussing the matter.⠀Jackson wished to fight the suit fully but was pressured by his insurance companies and business partners to settle as it would take his attention away from other commitments.

Following this, the Santa Barbara District Attorney, Tom Sneddon, had the law changed so that evidence of previous allegations/cases could be used in current trials.

When Michael⠀Jackson was once again falsely accused in 2003 and his case went to trial in 2005, the same prosecutors and District Attorney submitted evidence from 1993 as well as the 2005 case.

When Michael⠀Jackson was acquitted of all charges on June 13th, 2005, he was not only acquitted of wrongdoing in 2005 but also of wrongdoing in 1993 as evidence from that time was used as well.

The FBI assisted in investigating Michael⠀Jackson secretly for over ten years. Their extensive reports on⠀Jackson were released on their website after a Freedom of Information Act request following⠀Jackson's death. They found no evidence of wrongdoing.

11.) Legally, the dead cannot be defamed. As Michael⠀Jackson was 100% acquitted, this documentary would not be able to air if he was alive.

US and UK defamation law makes this clear. Other countries' laws are similar. One of the co-producers of this film, Channel 4, goes out of their way to note in their Producers' Handbook that the dead cannot be defamed. They also do not discourage it.

I implore each and every one of you to NOT watch HBO’s fictional film that they are trying to pass as a “documentary” titled "Leaving Neverland.” This propaganda hit piece is based on the falsified claims of molestation by the hands of Michael Jackson.

“#Leaving Neverland” depicts two guys fabricating tales of pedophilia that are very grotesque in nature. These men testified on behalf of MJ’s innocence, as adults I might add. One even testified in Michael Jackson’s 2005 trial, and vehemently denied ANY wrong doing by Michael Jackson when he was 22-years old! These two perjurers and liars are Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck.

Allow me to give you a rundown on these two scumbags and perjurers:

In 2011, Robson approached John Branca, co-executor of the Michael Jackson Estate, about directing the new Michael Jackson/Cirque du Soleil production, ONE. Robson admitted he wanted the job “badly,” but the Estate ultimately chose someone else for the position.

In 2012, Robson had a nervous breakdown, triggered, he said, by an obsessive quest for success. His career, in his own words, began to “crumble.”

That same year, with Robson’s career, finances, and marriage in peril, he began shopping a book that claimed he was sexually abused by Michael Jackson. No publisher picked it up.

In 2013, Robson filed a $1.5 billion dollar civil lawsuit/creditor’s claim, along with James Safechuck, who also spent time with Jackson in the late ‘80s. Safechuck claimed he only realized he may have been abused when Robson filed his lawsuit. That lawsuit was dismissed by a probate court in 2017.

In 2019, the Sundance Film Festival premiered a documentary based entirely on Robson and Safechuck’s allegations. While the documentary is obviously emotionally disturbing given the content, it presents no new evidence or witnesses. The film’s director, Dan Reed, acknowledged not wanting to interview other key figures because it might complicate or compromise the story he wanted to tell.

As outlined, they are in it for the money! How you going to make a film telling lies that the King of Pop touched your little wee-wee?! You guys have got to see right through these pieces of shit and understand that Michael Jackson is not the sicko here, two grown men fabricating tales of pedophilia is what’s sick!

While for some it is tempting It is tempting to lump Michael Jackson in the same conversation with R. Kelly and Bill Cosby, I am here to tell you all to stop that shit right now. The allegations surrounding Jackson largely faded over the past decade for a reason: unlike the Bill Cosby or R. Kelly cases, the more people looked into the Jackson allegations, the more the evidence vindicated him.

No fan of Michael Jackson is here to support the abuse of children! Many are parents themselves and as a collective they would not excuse abuse because they “like the music” or they “like the way he danced.” The facts are clear, MJ was NOT a child molester.

So after 26 years, a 10 year secret investigation by the FBI, which was released under the Freedom of Information Act, countless departmental investigations and two legal acquittals, MJ is on the stand once again, except this time one created by social media!

Ultimately we are given two options: we can believe our intelligence agencies and due process, or we can believe two proven liars, extortionists, and opportunists.

What A LOT of people forget or don’t know, including MJ Fans, is that California’s stature of limitation allowed the ‘93 settlement and “evidence” in the 2005 trial. Jordie was conveniently out of the country. Jordie’s mom testified in the trial where Tom Mesereau ripped her apart. We learned in that 2005 trial that she hadn’t even spoken to her son for 11 years up to that point. We also learned that Jordie emancipated himself from his parents and had he showed up, Tom Mesereau had 7 witnesses on standby to testify how Jordy admitted to them that his parents forced him to lie, which is why he emancipated himself from them.

Then there is a lesser known 2 million dollar settlement about tickling that was allowed to enter the 2005 trial as well. The accuser actually did show up to that trial and again was ripped the fuck apart and told 4 different stories in less than an hour while on the stand. Judge Melville even considered charging the accuser right then and there with perjury!

In MJ’s absence, his insurance company negotiated and paid both the settlement, over the protests of Michael and his personal legal counsel. Keep in mind that he was in the middle of a tour making everyone involved with that tour MILLIONS of dollars!

On verdict day when “Not Guilty” was read 14 consecutive times vindicating MJ of ALL charges, that “Not Guilty,” completely exonerated Michael Jackson for the Jordie settlement, the “tickling” settlement, and Gavin Arvizo’s fabrications!

The term "Jacko," didn't arise out of a vacuum, and certainly wasn't meant a term of endearment. The very term is rooted in racism. "Jacko Macacco" was the name of a famous monkey used in monkey-baiting matches at the Westminster Pit in London in the early 1820s. “Jacco” was Cockney slang to refer to monkeys in general.

Furthermore, in the United States, blacks use to be referred to as Jackos when whites would claim that you could only see the eyes and teeth of a black person at night. Next time you see news printed calling Michael Jackson “Jacko” or “Wacko Jacko,” call them out on their racism.

So when did they start calling Michael Jackson a “Jacko?” in 1985 when he bought the ATV/Beatles catalog.
