does anyonee have tips of how can i lose weight if i completely fucked my metabolism or at least accelerate it again? i have always done fasts for like 2 weeks or more back in 2023 and lost so much weight but after i started dating in 2024, i gained it all back and even more but now im struggling so much to lose weight again. i swear, i go through my whole week eating like once a day, 23h of fasting, sometimes i dont even eat. i only eat more on weekends and drink alcohol because im always with my bf. but i think i should be losing like something, just a little bit. i dont have the courage to weight myself but i dont notice anyyy difference on my body or on my clothes. the only thing i can think to do is fast from sunday night to saturday noon but i have a job and it is too hard for me rn. omggg
