DISCLAIMER: I am a (relative) Fandom Old so when I say "I ship bkdk", I mean this interchangeably regardless of specific top/bottom dynamics.
"Bkdk", to me, is the most popular acronym for the pairing generally, so I refer to the relationship as "bkdk", regardless of the percieved romantic/sexual dynamic between them. I feel adhering to only one acronym as a one-to-one matchup for a specific dynamic can narrow the exploration of the characters in the more fluid interpretations that can exist in fanworks as a whole.
I have enjoyed the relationship between izuku and katsuki in many forms of dominant/submissive roles in various fanworks, and don't see one as more accurate or interesting than another.
I know this is not the fan experience that all shippers would practice or agree with, but it works for me! Please keep this in mind while looking at my blog/various takes. Peace and love on planet earth.
