Monday Grump

When someone tells you to shut the fuck up and do what I say, how do you respond? Clearly the conversation is over, but something more needs to be said. And yet, almost any word spoken is kindling to a forest fire. Knowing when to speak vs when to keep quiet can be very challenging, especially when dealing with a relationship structure as thin as tissue paper. Constantly walking on eggshells is frustrating to say the least. And yet, we stay. What is holding us together despite the incessant turbulence? Perhaps it's deluxe tissue paper.
