Why does society dictate that people say congrats to one another when they are continually doing everything every other person has already done. Graduate, congrats! Married, congrats! Child, congrats! Wwwhhhhhyyyy?! I refuse. I will say congrats to the person that invents my anti-microwave or anything of use that we don't already currently have. I will say congrats to the person that revisits a lost art and does something absolutely epic. I will not say congrats because you passed the classes a drunk monkey could pass, or because you paid money and signed papers and read vows, or because you had unprotected sex and had a child.
