Love how a week before chapter 5 dropped the deltarune fandom was having discourse about whether or not you need to play undertale first or not
Only for chapter 5 to introduce 7 new important characters all based off of UT Toriel’s dead human children that we only know exist because we collect their discarded equipment throughout the game.
#I know it’s just a small minority of fans#but I actually can’t deal with the ppl that disregard ut’s whole legacy as just being dtr’s test game#like it isn’t one of the most impactful indie games of all time#it’s one thing if you’re just a casual player#but if you consider yourself a fan why would you actively choose to make your experience playing the game less emotionally impactful?#like I was almost in tears realising the contrast between asgore ending the lives of these children early#vs giving years life to their flower counterparts that they shouldn’t have had#undertale#deltarune#deltarune chapter 5#deltarune chapter 5 spoilers#my post#my rambles
