He is the other form of the ninja nomicon and looks the same as real Randy. He knows what the nomicon trying to say but unfortunately he can’t talk. He was trying so hard to give the clues or telling the correct answer to real Randy, but Real Randy tend to get misunderstood all the time (cause he doesn’t know signs language as much or maybe he knows idk..)

Howard Wienerman is a good guy! He’s not much as annoying as the real one but still annoying sometimes. He knows sign language and have to translate it to real Randy when other Randy explain about smth.
