1. Ab rollout

3 sets of 6-12 reps, 3-minute rest in between sets

2. Windshield wipers

2-3 sets of 6-12 reps, 3-minute rest in between sets

3. Superman

2 sets, alternating for a total of 20 reps, 3-minute rest

4. Front lever

3 sets of 3-5 reps, 2-3 seconds on each side

5. Dumbbell snatch
