The other anon refers to a conversation between Steve and Victor during the Hellfire Gala (which is a gala organized by the X-Men) in S.W.O.R.D (2020) #6! Unfortunately, they don't talk about Victor being Iron Man. Instead, they talked about future crises and they hope that if there is danger on the horizon, everyone would put aside their differences and work together.
Steve brings up Tony in the conversation and says that he's the reason, or at least gave Steve hope again when he was first displaced in the future.
Fun fact, it's a little callback to this moment in Captain America: Man Out Of Time (2010)!
