You know, everyone has their favorite companion and closest relationship in Baldur's Gate 3. For me, I play a male character, and that’s just how I experience the game—pretty cool, right?

I used to have a really strong bond with Gale. He was once my best friend. But as time went on, things changed. His so-called grand ambitions, along with his constant complaints about Mystra, started to cause tension between us, and we began to argue more often.

At first, it seemed like he understood something important—that Mystra was restoring and reviewing the Weave—but in reality, Gale didn’t fully grasp the situation. He only believed that Mystra wanted him to die, and that misunderstanding created a lot of conflict. Because of this, he’s no longer my best friend.

That makes me really sad, but I still believe our relationship can be healed someday.
