Challenges are the things that allow us to grow - to stretch into a new area. If you stop every time it gets tough, you will never become the person that God intended you to be. And this is not just about business. It’s about becoming everything that God has in mind for you.

Whether you have a service business or a product business, there will be bumps in the road. The best way to manage them is to figure a way over them so that you can grow as a person.

Fake it till you make it is a common phrase that has been repeated for a while now. But when you do this, are you really achieving anything?

Are you tenacious?

Do you latch onto what needs to be done like a dog with a bone?

This is the key to success. Always trying just one more time. Many inventions came about after hundreds or thousands of failures. A failure is simply a learning process. It shows you a new way that doesn’t work and brings you that much closer to the solution!

Don’t fear failure - you need to “embrace the suck” and realize that each time you miss the mark, you are that much closer to getting the result you are working toward.

No one has ever been an “overnight success.” Just because you don’t know how hard it was for them to reach the top of their game, does not mean it was an easy climb.

What are you planning to do today?

Are you dealing with reminiscing about the past? Your failures? Or your successes?

Neither of these will help you to move forward - of course, don’t forget them... learn from them and move on.

The trick is to move on - keep putting one foot in front of the other.

Each step forward is one more toward your goal. Set your sights on a goal that is a challenge and keep moving in the direction of that goal. The impossible becomes possible when someone accomplishes it.

I tell one of my grandsons day to be kind to someone each day. You don’t know how another person might be struggling. You might be able to make their load just a bit lighter by being kind. There’s way too much negativity in the world today, make it your mission to not be a part of it.
