    “if you’ve tried everything,  clearly nothing works.  why even ask?”   he’s shockingly not trying to sound … how he does,  all bitter and confrontational.  alex is just trying to use something resembling logic.   “sing the song for me.  i’ll pay you a hundred dollars and you can eternal sunshine it out of your skull,  yeah?”   he’s testing a theory,  play along. 

“I agree. Appears as though they haven’t been taught the saying if you can’t say anything nice, then don’t say anything at all.”

“ have you tried getting a different song stuck in your head ? “ rafael suggests , though saying it out loud makes the good idea sound ridiculous. “ just a suggestion. “ 

“i say keep the glasses. glasses add a touch of character. there’s nothing wrong with them. people just have to be rude sometimes.”

“i’ve always wondered that myself but unfortunately it’s probably one of those things you’ll have to just let it work its way out on its own.”

“well, that sounds like a you problem dude.” troy retorts with a shrug of his shoulders, not caring to be any form of sympathetic or understanding. “if you’ve tried everything there’s nothing i can suggest other than blasting it until you scream for mercy.”

     𝐇𝐄  𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐘  𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐒  𝐓𝐇𝐄  𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑  a  glance ,  a  reply  ready .   ❛   just  listen  to  an  even  worse  song .   ❜   the  technique  had  its  downsides ,  of  course .  and  maybe  it  was  only  the  start  of  a  new  song  problem ,  but  if  the  male  was  desperate  enough ,  it’s  all  ben  could  offer .  or  bothered  to  do  anyway .

❝ course work. ❞  she shrugged, keeping the sheet of paper out of his view.  was it just her or was this lying thing starting to come easier now?  ❝ I could ask you the same thing. ❞ 

“why are you hiding it?” he asked curiously, head tilting to the side, “and i’m obviously here to get coffee. there’s a line though.”

Alice couldn’t help but laugh at her brother.  She was close to him, and would do anything for him. “Sure, what are you in the mood for?”

“I think it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks. If you know they look good, then forget anyone who says otherwise. Judging others is an ugly trait, so what do they know about looking good?”

“that is a valid reason,” taemin said, with a nod of his head, and a smile towards the girl, “thank you for your words.”

       “   THEY  ARE  A  TINY  BIT  big  on  your  face,  i  won’t  lie,   ”   nora  commented,  staring  at  the  boy’s  new  frames.   “   but  i  don’t  hate  it   —   i’m  guessing  those  are  more  of  a  fashion  statement  than  actual  prescription  glasses  ?   ”
