Chinese Bunny Steamed Buns (Baozi)

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup warm milk

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp yeast

Food-safe food markers or sprinkles

Sweet filling: red bean paste or custard

Instructions:

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk, then mix with flour to form a dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.

. Divide dough into small balls, stuff with filling, and shape into bunny heads (add small dough ears).
