this is important and i want to address this: 

1. when you want to trash a group, please, do some research before trashing / criticising them. honestly, criticism is welcomed; not everyone is going to have the same opinion anyway, and holding respectful and mature discussions are always nice and helpful. it broadens your perspective and horizons. but before you do so, please run some background checks and understand contexts and cultures, to avoid making yourself look like some fool. 

2. in Asian culture, if someone constantly sneezing, superstition says that someone is basically talking behind your back, usually connotes negatively. 

3. the lyrics say “bless me achoo” instead of the person sneezing first, and then someone saying bless me, which should be the order. 

4. therefore, what the lyrics are trying to say, is that nct doesn’t care if you talk bad behind their backs, or you dislike them. in fact, perhaps this hints a little pride in it, that they are enticing and important enough, for people to criticise. in addition, the reverse order of the phrases shows that they will never do according to societal’s way of what is right; they are willing to break boundaries and they don’t care if you don’t like it. what’s the point of music and art if you’re not constantly challenging yourself to break boundaries and push yourself to beyond your limit? 

5. so please, anyone out there who hates simon says: i suggest a, you don’t speak about it, b, explain your dislike in a specific, constructive way with suggestions as how it could be better. different perspectives and opinions are always welcomed; you just need to phrase it in the correct way.
