Well, anyone but you, apparently.

At first, I thought it might be an issue with your optics -- that maybe I'd installed an incorrect lens that was distorting your vision -- but you keep reblogging photographs of the most stunningly beautiful women with tags like "gorgeous women" or "want her to take me apart" or "wish that was me."

Unfortunately, issues with hard drives and processors are a little bit harder to fix, but I'm going to do my best, pretty bot. Not just because it's my job to work on machines like you, but because you deserve to see yourself in a way that reflects reality. The reality that you are a work of art, a miracle of modern engineering. Everything, from the fabrication of your foundational parts, to the design of your chipset and chassis is intentional and beautiful.

So just lie back, pretty bot. Relax while I slip my nails into to the crease in your dermaplating, and pry open your maintenance access. Focus on the sound of my voice as I hum an old song you only know half the words to, and sink into the feeling of my strong hands combing over your wires. You might feel a pinch, you might feel some pressure, you might feel heat or cold, but don't worry I'm right here behind you, my weight at your back as I work.

... and when I'm done, I'll prop you up in front of the shop mirror -- it's smudged and dirty, but it'll do what it needs to. I'll point out all the things I adore about your frame, and run my hands along your armor, and that little nagging bug in your head will be gone.

Robot girls that struggle to do their own basic maintenance because their programning isnt optimized for anything other than their job or being a companion.

Robot girls that struggle with a degraded internal power supply because their job requires them to be hooked up to direct external power most of the time.

Combat robot girls that are basically helpless off the battlefield outside of self-maintenance.

Robot girls with grinding joints from years of tiny particulate that cant get removed outside of intensive maintenance building up.

Robot girls that are trying their best, but simply can't sometimes.
