Itās been awhile since Iāve thought about them in-depth, reaching deep into the crevices of my 2021/2022 brain for this one
For Orange, I liked to imagine Spamton went to them for clothing/fashion advice. A lot of what he learned stuck with him - explains how he got so stylish and sharp-looking during his Big Shot days. :)
I imagine Blue was secretly the most jealous of Spamton after his success, which later made them feel guilty. I like to think it's for this reason they were the one to attempt to check in on Spamton.
Yellow was the real fun one for me because they have so little canon content, they're essentially a blank slate to do anything with. That being said I had this idea that Yellow was actually closest to Spamton during his addison days. Yellow tended to be a schemer (not unlike Spamton). They meshed well with Spamton and the two became not-so-great influences on each other. I imagine Yellow specialized in selling questionable health products which they'd get through Spamton, since Spamton (being spam email) had connections to seedier parts of the web.
I also like to think the reason we don't see Yellow during the majority of Chapter 2 was because they left town after Spamton made it big. They couldn't stand to see their original 'partner' get so big without them...
