the 3rd stage of nemesis in re3make does seem like maybe the hardest boss in the entire franchise on inferno difficulty, but having just finished my playthrough on hardcore seriously FUCK stage 2 nemesis. each attempt felt like 20-30 minutes like i was doing a persona boss or some shit. and all it turned out was that you cant spam damage at nemesis for whatever fucking reason he seems to have i frames after being hit so u just have to space your attacks apart for no real reason other than because you have to. annoying af

i just realized like obviously yellow from chapter 5 is a possible reference in a sense to clover from uty like i realized that pretty innately (alongside woody of course) but is it also possible that yellow's like insistence on killing himself is ALSO like a (maybe even mocking) reaction to UTY? i never actually beat the final boss but from what i know uty ends with clover sacrificing themself which is a bit of a contentious storybeat for obvious reasons the idea of toby fox turning it into a funny personality quirk is v funny
