Halloween 2016 and 2019 were fun in that both years I saw multiple unaffiliated guys as different Jokers. I was still in school during those years. 2016 was couples dressed as Suicide Squad Joker and Harley Quinn. Single guys were Dark knight Joker. In 2019 I didn't see any Jared Leto Jokers but alot of Joaquin Phoenix Jokers and Heather Ledger Joker still hanging on strong for a Halloween costume staple.
