The living legend, @tommycaldwell, was the first to bag the free ascent of the #dawnwall with his partner @kjorgeson. The completion of the route set the standard for what is now known as the hardest multi-pitch rock climb on the planet. iPhone diaries in NYC. Pictured is new project development known as Hudson Yards. Originally, serving as a train station depot along the Hudson River on the west end of Chelsea, a public space renovation made use of an abandoned above street-level rail line now know as Highline Park. The construction pictured above, Hudson Yards, will be the single largest urban development project in the country by the current owner of the Miami Dolphins. Costing billions of dollars in construction, new apartment housing units are selling for $3.8 Million for a 2 Bedroom at 1500 sq./ft with monthly HOA fees at a minimum of $3600.
