Mary Jane

Mary Jane decided that she wanted to try something new, not knowing what she challenge herself but to also escape the empty home while the boys out with their friends. Finding an old add for a community center from her kids school, filled with multiple options to chose from choosing to walk over there to check this place out not knowing what she was walking into. Walking into the place checking room by room picking any of the options rock climbing, swimming, yoga, dace, has a racket ball court, and a large gym for the sweaty men playing basketball checking them out as she passes by.

The days went faster then when they had first arrived at the lake, with the boy's making new friends and Mary Jane getting in her own time to read relax or even soaking up the sun joining her boy's and their new friend's from the other campsite's around the lake. Jumping right into in the lake making a big splash , splashing all the children that were already in the lake swimming and paying it was too hot to just lay around doing nothing, spending most of their time in the water playing or showing the boys how to fish.

Watching the boy's trying to fish was a funny sight to Mary Jane watching them squirming over the fish that they were catching almost right in their hands jumping clear out of the water over their heads. The boy's didn't even notice to time go by and how bored they really weren't Mary Jane knew the lake was going to do some good for all three of them, if only they could stay longer but they have to leave in the morning. They didn't leave the lake that day until the sun was about to go down having a late supper of roasted wienies and s'mores for their last night, singing their favorite songs while at the camp fire. Having the boy's fall asleep leaning on each other for support to hold each other up fighting to stay awake, scooping the boys up in both hands laying them down in their tent leaving them to sleep while she went to the lake to cool off and wash herself, putting out the fire before she made her way down making sure she could find a spot where she could still see the tent.Stripping and walking down into the cold water was nice since it was a hot summer's day thinking she was alone in the water.

After returning from the lake with the boys, Mary Jane is upstairs while the boy's were out at a friend's, going through old paper's in a box in the attic tucked away from all the dust and furniture, opening the box to find picture's and personal memories that Mary Jane held on to when she first arrived into town while she was pregnant with the twins, pulling out the picture's and a couple of letter's dropped out of the pile landing on the floor. Mary Jane noticed the letter's that had dropped to the floor slowly reading them, one that she has never seen before catching her attention. 

My dearest wife;

I know that I haven’t written very many of letters to you, I wanted you to have this if I was to ever pass, not leaving without showing you some way that I’m still here with you loving you watching over you and the boys. I could never show you how I truly felt about our time together, at times it was hard to express myself to you, when you first arrived to town all I saw was a glowing radiant beauty, with a hint of mystery. Watching you day by day and growing an unforgettable love for you, awaiting the next time I could see you, never getting you out of my head finding myself wanting and needing you more and more, finding anyway to get you attention, it took a while but I waited in anticipation when you would let me in your heart. Our first date is when got you, our first night at the cottage, making a picnic for our self’s just watching the star’s in the night sky talking about your dreams of the future with the twin’s and the lifestyle that we could built together over the years. I couldn’t wait to be by your side after the boys were born, so much work, so much joy and so many tears. You made beautiful boys that will flourish with our love letting them know how much we love them, and that I will always be in their hearts. Just remember they maybe a handful but there just boy’s be understanding with them, they’re going to screw up way or another, make you cry or worried in the night, they will always come back their love for you will always be there just like mine, sometimes you may not see it or hear it all the time but to just have faith were always loving you. I don’t want you to miss me in person but know I am here in spirit and your heart, I will always love you.

   By the end of the letter the tear's were streaming down her face not knowing if she should be upset or happy having some many emotion's that she was feeling at that exact moment int time, questioning on when he had wrote this letter and how she only found it now, it wasn't hidden away just right out in the open, she doesn't go up into the attic very often since it was cluttered with furniture and boxes and having to try and walk around the clutter.

Mary Jane and her boys arrived at the lake,having the boys already gone checking everything out talking among each other scoping out the lake, leaving their mother to do everything up to the fire, tent and already getting the food on the way. Evidently Mary Jane had to go looking for the boys since dinner was getting cold, wondering through bush avoiding all the falling trees and various of poison ivy and large cliff drops ,making her way toward's the boys floating on the lake with the other children they had found just relaxing in the sun, she shout's "dinners done come eat"

Finally convincing the boys to return to the camp site and eat was not so easy then she had anticipated, making their way back to camp harassing their mother if she had brought their game system, whining and moaning that their going to be soo bored, not knowing what their mother had planned for them, a pure sugar rush just before bed who couldn't deny s'mores, a goodness that every child remembers from a camping trip.

Since it'd been a busy week not only for Mary Jane but for her boys, unable to take time to relax and not find them self's into trouble, a week out at the lake would do them some good. When she packed their bags before she picking the boys up from their last day of school she neglected the unless electronics that they were so addicted to, hoping that the environment would be enough to keep them entertained. Standing outside the school, waiting for the bell to ring and release a flood of children of all ages, Mary Jane sipped her coffee and did her best to hide her growing excitement.
