with the water thing I think the teachers for the other class get annoyed by their kids asking for water because they think theyre not actually thirsty and theyre just gonna play with it but like I would rather deal with the inconvenience of a kid throwing their water bottle on the floor than deny water to a potentially thirsty child. it just feels so lazy but I feel like if I got mad id be treated like im oversensitive. also im talking about like kids who arent even two years old yet like these kids cant even fully speak they can only look up sadly and ask for wawa they are entirely dependant on us

ok am I missing something here cause its been really hot lately and my coworkers can be just like really cagey about getting water out for their kids when we go outside. what happens is that I will bring out all of my kids water bottles and then inevitably all the younger toddlers will start asking for water too but their teacher will brush them off and be like "you JUST drank an entire water bottle inside 🙄" no one else seems to think this is weird and honestly ive been told that I can hold off on bringing out water when we go outside. a teacher denied getting one of her toddlers water like right in front of our director and she didnt say or do anything, I feel like this is obviously wrong but im the only one who has an issue with it????
