The Queen of Pop is BACK with her new album! A sequel to 2005's ever-definitive dance record "Confessions On A Dancefloor," the shiny & new "Confessions II" couldn't be more fresh. What're your thoughts and faves on this masterpiece!?

Here we are, girls, gays and theys! The final day of Pride Month 2026 is upon us at long last, and I think we all knew who today's artist would be. I don't even know where to begin with Mama Ru. RuPaul, Supermodel Of The World, is beyond any mortal description. They say don't put people on a pedestal, but how could we not with RuPaul!? I firmly believe she has single-handed created the queer entertainment culture we all enjoy today. A gay, feminine black man in a blonde wig, red ball gown and pleaser pumps rewrote the pages of pop culture with her artistry and authenticity in a time where drag was not only a counterculture but was also ostracized in the queer community. Believe it or not, drag, trans and feminine energy wasn't always supported in LGBTQ+ spaces. Do you sense the sarcasm? But yes, it was worse. It is because of people like Marsha P. Johnson, the Filthy Divine, and our Glamazonian Starrbooty that minds opened both in our spaces and in the mainstream zeitgeist, creating a cultural shift unlike anything we'd seen both before and have yet to see since. Needless to say, I have immense love for Ru and I credit her for making way for so many of the opportunities I've had in my life, as if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have even met many of my closest friends, colleagues and collaborators. At the end of the month, we all got to be together because of the roads paved by people like Ru, and I couldn't be more grateful for this legend. Thank you for everything Ru. I love you so much. There will only ever be one muthah & that's you!

Pride Month may be almost over, but Pride isn't. We hold onto that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of our sexy, sparkly year. While it's not always all fun and games, it will get better, a truth best exemplified by hunky actor and artist Chris Salvatore. Literally - hence the featured track here. An OUTspoken activist through the entirety of his iconic career, Chris knows how to perfectly blend soul and spice so deliciously. His messages of love, acceptance and inclusivity are potent in every project, whether that be a film, a record, a naughty video or a charity campaign. Because true activism and representation does not conform to one look or label, it's as versatile as we are as to have the widest impact possible. And Chris' impact is most certainly undeniable. I am so honored to call him such a close friend and to occupy such special shared spaces with him and those around us. Through the ups and downs, the highs and lows, the progress and the setbacks, Chris has taught me and countless others the simply profound truth: it gets better.

Marsha P. Johnson to Bob The Drag Queen, this community was built on and thrives upon elite strength and security found in black queerness. The love, the kindness, and the power within all of these icons can't be discounted no matter the effort put in by those who stand for everything we detest because we have love on our side. Of course, simply loving isn't enough to win a war, but that's something people like Bob truly get. Even as the winner of RuPaul's Drag Race S8 and the star of The Traitors S3, amongst many other gigs like sold-out comedy tours, iconic podcasts heard by millions, and best-selling novels on the top of every literary list, Bob has never lost the New York grit that made her a star to begin with. Her voice is as beautiful as her mug, her heart as pure as her drag, and her soul as lit as the gay bars we've been able to share. I am so beyond deeply honored to call a living legend like Bob such a dear friend, and I can't express enough how important she is to me and the community around us. All of that said, we've only got one thing left to do this Stonewall Day, and that's to walk into the room purse first!

A sillier yet equally serious take on Stonewall, where we've come from and where we've yet to go is this cut by the AAA Girls. A drag girl group made up of three of my closest friends Willam Belli, Alaska Thunderfuck, and Courtney Act, I can't go a Stonewall Day without bumping this iconic banger. Because it's true - Pride or Die! I don't know who I'd be without my Pride, had I not built a life around my queerness to create the empire I have built on smexy strength, and it's all thanks to the drag queens and trans icons who supported me through everything that I've been able to ascend as the king I truly am. I will always strive to support and amplify the queer voices around me, and these three will always have both my proverbial and literal megaphone. Pride or Die - it's the only way to survive.

#LIFTEMUP is not just music - it's a movement. A collaborative effort to raise awareness for the plight of oppression and discrimination we still face as a community, namely amongst our trans populations in this country and around the world, and the strength and power we have when we all stand together in love and unity. This single is quintessential queer unity. With a star-studded cast of NYC's finest in LGBTQ+ nightlife such as Greko, Peppermint, and Amanda Lepore, with winner of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 4's iconic Sharon Needles and pop-rock diva Blondie at the helm, this track definitely lifts us up. A cast of creatives I call dear friends, a message I can get behind, and a community I care so deeply about, I can't think of a better theme song for this urgent moment than this one. Welsh-born Rod Thomas, better known as the illuminating Bright Light Bright Light, Rod is the quintessential queer icon taking NYC and the world by sexy shimmering storm one banger at a time. From touring the UK with Goddess of Pop Cher to remixing some of dance music's fiercest and finest as one of the community's most premier DJs and his countless smash hit collabs bumping in clubs across the gay community, his light couldn't shine brighter - all pun intended. An elite example of queer joy, he is living proof for countless LGBTQ+ people that all you have to do in life is live in your proudest truth, lead yourself with unfiltered authenticity, and be the best you that only you can be. It's in Rod's DNA to be the king of queer dance-pop, and I'm so beyond honored to call him such a close friend, colleague and a fellow taste-maker in all things sexy, shiny, and all-around dancey. We're not like other boys, we're giving you magic, we're giving you joy! 🎉

Ooh, lala! As we approach the end of another Pride Month, my heart is only more tender for the queer artistry that "Inspires Me" - get it? It's a Manila song... anyways. Today's Pride Playlist pick is the incomparable Manila Luzon. Known as the staple of RuPaul's Drag Race Season 3, All Stars 1 and 4, and the host of Drag Den, her career has left an undeniably positive impact on the international queer community. Born and raised in Minnesota before her start in NYC and eventual Hollywood stardom, Manila is a shining example that the sky truly is the limit when you stop taking yourself so seriously and embrace all the colors within you. For countless queer, Asian-American youth, Manila is living proof of what's possible, a beacon of representation very desperately needed in times like these we live in. On a personal note, I credit Manila for where I am today. Through her love, kindness and fierce friendship, I found connections that were crucial to my come-up and I wouldn't be anywhere near where I am now if it wasn't for her unconditional love, selfless heart and communal spirit. When I say drag queens are the backbone of LGBTQ+ nightlife and have had my himbo back more than anyone else, Manila is always one of them. I am so beyond grateful to her, honored to call her my friend, and blessed to share space with her and the artistry she creates in our community. Silly, sexy and sensational, she's always serving!

Another day of Pride, another bicoastal king! It takes one to know one, and I not only know Matt Zarley, but I love him and am honored to call him such a great friend. From his debut album in 2002 to his visual work over the last 15 years with a major passion for the most theatrical, Matt is the quintessential queer icon. A Chicago native with roots in both NYC and LA, Pride really is wherever he is and I couldn't relate more to that spirit. As a trailblazer, being the first openly gay man to make People Magazine's Top 50 Bachelors list, to a taste-maker, with a desire to write and develop entirely queer Broadway and television shows centered around LGBTQ+ narratives, he's an elite example of true visibility, representation and courageous strength even in the darkest of times. Professionally profound, personally pure in heart, soul and kindness, and widely known as an icon, if you aren't in love with Matt & his work by now, I only have one thing to say to you now: "WTF!?"

NYC Pride is almost upon us and I can't think of a better artist to exemplify the New York spirit than Miss Amanda Lepore! Where to begin with an icon like Amanda? Now that's the real question at hand. A trendsetter, taste-maker, and legit literal trailblazer, Amanda Lepore has broken barrier after barrier for decades now. Known as the most expensive body in the world and internationally credited as the first trans woman with fully functional parts, though that may be a bit dated as of 2026, it's still proof of her status as a trans titan in the world. Adverse to clothes, much like myself, Amanda, my Mandy, is not only an NYC nightlife staple, but a sex symbol of strength around the world. From iconic photoshoots as David LaChapelle's muse to serving face for brands like Swatch and giving body for designer Jason Wu's high-end collector's edition doll line, it goes without saying Amanda has left her mark not only on the LGBTQ+ community but society as a whole. Her music, largely in collaboration with mutual bestie Cazwell, is fun, frisky, and free, and she's the quintessential queer icon to so many. Growing up amongst the legion of queer youth in the 90s and 2000s wasn't easy in the least, but Amanda meant hope, and maturing to assume my own throne in gay nightlife, I'm so beyond grateful to consider my dear Mandy such a close friend and confidante. Her impact is more than felt in everything I and so many across the industry do, and nothing will ever beat partying naked together across NYC, the country and the world with such a legend. I love you Mandy, our modern-day Monroe, and while we may not know much about clothes, we both know one thing is always true - your hair looks so fuckin fierce! 😘

A week left of Pride, a month into summer, and the perfect mix of sexy & sweaty to celebrate the warmth with today's Pride Playlist artist Cazwell. That's a really formal way to introduce this queer icon, someone I've called a dear friend for forever, but someone as legendary as him deserves such a setup. A Massachusetts native, a bicoastal king just like yours truly, and a staple in the LGBTQ+ nightlife, music and fashion scenes, it's hard not to feel his impact both in our industry and outside of it across the community we all love. His hit singles, smash albums and iconic collabs all define his legacy as a living LGBTQ+ legend, but what truly makes him iconic lies beneath his fit exterior. His heart and soul are what truly shine. His commitment to advocacy, activism, and his platform of total, utter acceptance ensure he'll live forever, and we could all take a page from his book. Caz, you know I love you, and I'm so beyond proud of all you've accomplished so far. What an honor it is to live and work in a world in which you help make it possible for mouthy, out, proud, sex-positive porny popstars to not only survive, but thrive, and I can't wait to see what you'll do next. 22 days into Pride Month and we're only getting more liberated and looking sexy while doing so! Who better to exemplify this than Peppermint? As a reality TV staple leading in shows like Pose and RuPaul's Drag Race Season 9, guest spots on cult classics like The A-List: New York, and mentoring young trans youth on I Am Jazz, Pep is instantly recognizable to millions. But her roots go far deeper than her TV fame. With her debut album dropping in 2009, her music has made her a nightlife staple for the better part of two decades now. Armed with the key knowledge that partying is political, Peppermint uses her powerful pipes to advocate for queer issues with an emphasis on trans rights and the ultimate liberation of black and brown people. A crucial figure not only in NYC but internationally, Pep is the example of pure black trans beauty, power and joy, setting a standard for society and as an inspiration for countless others to look up to. I'm so proud of absolutely everything she has done and it's beyond an honor to call her my friend. I love you Pep, keep paving the way forward - that torch looks great in your hand and power hasn't ever looked more beautiful than it does on you. 😘

Happy Daddies Day! To honor this iconic holigay on the 21st day of my Pride Playlist, what better way than with a song written specifically about yours truly? Yeah, I'm the daddy of your dirtiest dreams and gay pop icon Adam Joseph knows it well. An industry veteran, releasing his debut album in 2003 (I even still have the CD!), Adam has made strides for queer pop music. As an LA-based artist, his finger's always in, I mean on, the pulse of the new, now and next of pop music. From guest features on mutual friends and gay icons Jonny McGovern & Peppermint's tracks to hit remixes of the trendiest RuPaul's Drag Race memes and the hottest original smashes, Adam knows his way around a soundboard, a mic, and a star-studded setlist of a club-ready catalogue. As a friend, a colleague and a collaborator, one couldn't get better than Adam, and I consider myself beyond lucky to know him so well. I'm so proud of all he's done and will continue to do. Now I've said a lot, yet one question remains. I got to say one damn thing: "What's my name!?"

20 days into Pride Month and we continue with the theme of unfiltered, unbridled liberation in the form of dance, drink, carefree! Dance legend James B. Whiteside, also known as JbDubs, is the quintessential visualization of defiance. With his muscular physique, high heels and cheeky tude, it is more than obvious why he's become an icon. A principal dancer and choreographer at the American Ballet Theatre in NYC with a side gig in drag as Ühu Betch and all of his self-written and self-produced electronic ecstasy, everything he does becomes queer zeitgeist upon its release. Professionally elite and personally sweet, I'm so honored to call James a dear friend and couldn't be prouder of his multi-hyphenate successes. I love you, James - thanks for breaking barriers on all fronts for countless creatives internationally. I can't wait to see what you do with your talents next and I can't wait to keep dancing ourselves silly for years to come as we have for years past.

This Juneteenth, we celebrate Black American liberation and legacy while recognizing how far we have yet to go to achieve true and total Black freedom. Black LGBTQ+ Americans, particularly the youth, still face unprecedented oppression. Not shocking, unfortunate nonetheless, but in the doom and gloom, there's always light to be found. Big Freedia the Queen Diva shines bright with love, kindness and unfiltered authenticity. From bringing New Orleans bounce music into the mainstream to being a premier example of Black queer excellence, Freedia has done it all to ensure a positive, powerful role model for many. Starring roles in hit TV shows, guest spots on all the biggest pop tracks, and references near and far to her unique craft of genderbent greatness, Big Freedia is proof the brightest stars don't give in to the limitations of conservative society. She has done more than most can ever dream of and I am so beyond grateful for the connection we've been able to establish and the deep friendship we have been able to build in the name of love, community and a need to not only survive, but thrive in a world built to operate against us. For Freedia and the many, many other Black queer icons alongside her, alongside us, I love you and thank you for absolutely everything. Now all we can do is bounce it up and down where the good Lord split it, spread love, and continue the fight until each and every Black queer person is truly free of any and all limitations, free to be just like the beautifully brave example Freedia has set, a freedom that will always be the truest end goal.
