Treadmill: 50 mins, 2.00 miles, 2.4-2.5mph, 0-3.5% incline = 658 cals burned
May have overdone it today but damn was I determined to sweat off my work frustration before I headed home. I like doing the "rolling hills" program on the treadmill for the different inclines. Since I've been doing well on Level 1 I figured I'd bump it to Level 2. Hence the absolute red faced sweaty disaster that is me currently!
For those that wear ankle or knee braces do you find it helps? My left ankle and knee are shot and I tend to find myself rolling my ankle when I walk so my whole left leg is in agony. I mean yes I need to get a new pair of sneakers but I'm wondering if I could use some more support?

Really tried to not work out today, but after a crappy day I figured I should probably do some form of movement. So instead of the gym, I decided to freeze my butt off outside for what turned into a very relaxing walk! I might not be able to feel my thighs from the frostbite but at least I can say I was one of two whole people outside 🤣

I had such a good workout today! I really didn't want to stop but knew I shouldn't push it much more than I already did. Bumped up my speed and time just a bit to work on getting that improved. Feeling good about this progress!

Skipped a section and my legs feel like they're going to fall off but you know what... I worked out 4 of the last 5 days! That was my goal this week and I'm so stoked that I actually did it (even though I'm so ungodly bloated from shark week)!!!
Ps... I ate tuna fish today. And I survived 🤣

I forgot my watch today 😢 .... And I definitely tried to use that as an excuse to not go to the gym. Glad I went though. Really needed some "me time" to clear my head before heading home from work.

Happy St Patrick's Day!!! Tried to give my legs a bit of a rest before I went back to the gym... My shin splints are absolutely miserable right now. Guess I am a bit rusty. So here's what I did tonight instead:
13 mins = 60 cals burned
Not super intensive but it was a great beginner core workout. My abs are killing me from this... And I just started!

It's about time I got back to the gym! Yeesh. Didn't realize how long it had actually been until I walked in and the workers asked if I was okay since I disappeared... Whoops. Trying my best to get back into this routine. I actually missed being here. Weird right?

Uh Guys....
I bought a pair of 2xl joggers from old navy today!!! I was barely fitting in a 5xl when I started this journey!!! I legit was panicking because I couldn't find 6xls in women's clothing!!
