How long did it take you to get where you are now? Was there anything in particular that you did that worked well for you? We have similar heights and SWs so Iām hoping maybe you have some insight. (Obviously everyone is different but it still might be worth knowing)
Heyy, so itās taken me years tbh, bc my weight has been up and down but in terms of time where Iāve actually lost weight. About a year and a half.
If youāre not counting your cal then I tend to stick to mostly whole foods that I know are low cal. And some kind of exercise everyday if you can track how much your burning it can really help.
