“Okay,” Dorcas said with a laugh, passing the bottle she was holding to her left and looking around the circle. “Fittest person in the room. Go!”

“You, of course,” Marlene McKinnon replied, grinning as she took a swig, passing the bottle to Remus. 

“Sirius,” Remus said so emphatically that everyone in the room laughed.

Sirius, who got the bottle next, grinned proudly. “My Moony, obviously. But also, McKinnon? If I was straight, you know I’d be yours.”

Wolf-whistles sounded and Marlene bowed, flipping her hair. 

Regulus, who was next, took his time, eyes scanning back and forth over the people in the room. Everyone laughed quietly as James, who was sitting next to him, got more and more fidgety, offended that his boyfriend wasn’t naming him right away. But after a long, long moment, Regulus opened his mouth. “Remus,” he said decidedly, face blank.

Remus beamed, winking at Regulus, while James and Sirius both yelled ‘oi!’ in unison.

James in the lake, skin glowing in the sun, splashing at Regulus who is standing on the sand, SPF 50 sunscreen not fully rubbed in, refusing to come in the water.

Remus in a unicorn floaty holding on for dear life as a giggling Sirius, sat in Remus's lap, tries to flip the floaty. Remus manages to push Sirius off of him, and begins to kick his legs as hard as he can to get away from his boyfriend.

Marlene walking towards the water with Dorcas squealing and kicking in their arms, laughing because they love this woman so much, and how could life ever get any better.

Peter sitting in the sand beside Mary, holding hands as they share a plate of fries. Mary's legs completely covered in the tan sand, Pandora at her feet shaping the sand to look like a mermaid tail.

Lily, laying a few feet away, watching Pandora work the sand on Mary's legs into a beautiful tail, wondering how shes lucky enough to have an angel for a girlfriend.
